Corporate Social Responsibility

Chenavari’s Social Committee has been established to encourage social interaction between colleagues, as well as to promote social responsibility activities at the Firm and to encourage staff wellbeing. 

As of 31 December 2020, amongst the 83 Chenavari employees, we count as many as 18 nationalities and 39% of staff are female. Women occupy 38% of management roles including the senior positions of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Co-Heads of Business Development, Head of Product Management, and Head of Human Resources. In 2020, through the Social Committee, the Firm and its staff supported charities such as “One Tree Planted” and Mind, through a variety of social and voluntary activities and held remote social events to encourage staff engagement and interactions.

Environmental initiatives include the introduction of an Environmental Policy, having a 100% renewable energy powered and 100% LED lighted London office and comprehensive recycling throughout the office. 

Chenavari is participating in the 100BlackInterns initiative whereby the Firm will offer internships to Black students across the UK to help kick start their career in investment management. Chenavari is participating as a way to source a more diverse group of talent for the long-term. Internships will be paid and last a minimum of six weeks over the Summer of 2021.
